Silica Ramming Mass is a key lining material used in coreless induction furnaces. Our high-purity acidic ramming mass ensures a longer lining life, superior thermal shock resistance, and better steel/melting performance. It is pre-mixed with a binder or delivered as loose silica based on client needs.

SiO₂ Purity: 98.5% - 99.5%

Grain Size: 0–6 mm graded

Al₂O₃/Fe₂O₃/LOI: < 1.5% combined

Thermal Shock Resistance: Excellent

Mixing Binder: Boric Acid (1.0–1.5%)
